(c) of the radio equipment fitted.
(5) This Licence shall be revoked with effect fe the date upon which a new licence is granted. T Licensee shall upon receipt by him of the new lic return this Licence to the said Authority.
(6) The Licensee shall pay to the Telecommunic tions Authority in respect of the new licence the fee pre scribed by or under the regulations for the time being in force under the Telecommunication Ordinance 1962 Er Ship Station Licence less an amount equal to one-twelft of such fee multiplied by the number of months tha: remain in the unexpired period within which this Licenc would have been valid had the same not been revoked. Such number of months shall be calculated from the first day of the month next following the day on which the new licence is granted.
For the purpose of this subclause, in calculating the one-twelfth of the licence fee mentioned berein my fraction of a dollar shall be disregarded."; and
(iv) by the deletion of the Schedule:
(e) in the form of Aircraft Station Licence-
(i) by the deletion, at the beginning thereof, of the word "Period of Validity One Year" and the substitution therefor of the following—
"Period of Validity
(i) by the insertion, after subclause (2) of clause 3 of tu conditions contained therein, of the following new sub clauses-
*(3) The Licensee shall make application prompth in writing to the Telecommunications Authority for a se licence whenever there is any change-
(a) of his address; or
(b) of the radio equipment fitted.
(4) This Licence shall be revoked with effect from the date upon which a new licence is granted. Tk Licensee shall upon receipt by him of the new licence return this Licence to the said Authority,
