4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended, in item 21, in the second column, by the deletion of the words "Electronic Industrial Machine" and the substitution therefor of the following-

(a)

"Industrial, Scientific and Medical Electronic Machine".

The Fourth Schedule to the principal regulations is amended- in the form of Private Telegraph (Reception) Licence-

(i) in that part of the licence wherein the name of the licensee and other particulars are to be inserted, by the insertion, at the beginning of the blank line which occur before the words and brackets "Chereinafter called "the Licensee"), of the following→

"of":

(ii) by the insertion, after clause 6 of the conditions cop tained therein, of the following new clause-

"6A. The Licensee shall—

(a) furnish to the Telecommunications Authority bis

address for correspondence;

(b) give notice promptly in writing to the said

Authority of any change of such address; and (c) when giving the notice referred to in paragraph. (b), return this Licence and the Schedule to the said Authority for amendment."; and

(iii) in clause 11 of the aforesaid conditions, by the deletion of the word “Radio":

(b) in the form of Private Telegraph (Transmission) Licence-

(in that part of the licence wherein the name of the licensee and other particulars are to be inserted, by the insertion, at the beginning of the blank line which occur before the words and brackets "Chereinafter called "th Licensee")", of the following-

Licence

(i) in that part of the licence wherein the name of the licensee and other particulars are to be inserted, by the insertion, at the beginning of the blank line which occurs before the words and brackets "(hereinafter called "the Licensee")". of the following-

(ii) by the insertion, after clause 6 of the conditions con- tained therein, of the following new clause-

"6A. The Licensee shall-

(a) furnish to the Telecommunications Authority his

address for correspondence;

(b) give notice promptly in writing to the said

Authority of any change of such address; and (c) when giving the notice referred to in paragraph (b). return this Licence and the Schedule to the said Authority for amendment."; and

(iii) in clause 10 of the aforesaid conditions, by the deletion of the word "Radio";

(c) in the form of Ship Station Licence, Lifeboat Station Licence.

Radar Station Licence-

() by the deletion, at the beginning thereof, of the words "Period of Validity One Year" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Period of Validity

(ii) in subclause (2) of clause 4 of the General Conditions contained therein, by the deletion of the words "Telecom. munications Ordinance" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Telecommunication Ordinance 1962";

(iii) by the insertion, after subclause (3) of clause 4 of the General Conditions contained therein, of the following new subclauses-

"(4) The Licensee shall make application promptly in writing to the Telecommunications Authority for a new licence whenever there is any change--

(a) of his address;

(b) of the name of the Ship (in the case of a Ship Station

Licence); or
