Dear Sir/Madam,
In accordance with the above regulations, 1 am to inquire whether or not you have become disqualified from being registered as an elector under section. 16 or 17 of the Urban Council Ordinance 1955 (the text of which is enclosed for your information), and whether or not you are still residentially qualified to be so registered.
