These regulations increase the fees payable under the Births Registration (Special Registers) Ordinance consequential upon similar increases of fees effected by the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.

DEATHS REGISTRATION (SPECIAL REGISTERS) (AMEND- MENT OF FOURTH SCHEDULE) REGULATIONS 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section [3
of the Deaths Registration (Special Registers) Ordinance, the Governor
in Council has made the following regulations→

These regulations may be cited as the Deaths Registration Citation (Special Registers) (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Regulations 1965, mencement. and shall come into operation on the day appointed for the commence- ment of the Births and Deaths Registration (Amendment) Ordinance (1 of 1965). 1965.
2. Part of the Fourth Schedule to the Deaths Registration Amendment
af Fourth (Special Registers) Ordinance is amended by........

(2) the deletion of the figures "1.00", "5,00””, “1.00” and “1.00” (Cap. 176).
and the substitution therefor respectively of the following-
