Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (1) by the deletion of "for every period of twelve months ending on the 31st day of August in each year," and the substitution therefor of the following-

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Chinese University of Sbort tile, Hong Kong (Amendment) Ordinance 1963.
