4. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the defini- tion "University" by the deletion of the words "the Chinese University" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"The Chinese University".
5. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the words "the Chinese University" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"The Chinese University".
6. Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph (c) by the deletion of the word "conferring" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"award".
7. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the of section 11. deletion of paragraph (m) and the substitution therefor of the following
"(m) after a date to be appointed by the Council, such number of
members of the Convocation not exceeding three as shall bef determined by the Council from time to time, to be elected by the Convocation in the manner determined by the Council".
# Section 17 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of subsection (1) and the substitution therefor of the following-
"(1) The Council shall establish-

(b) an Administrative and Academic Planning Committee. and the Council and the Senate may establish such other committees as they think fit.”.

Section 19 of the principel Ordinance is amended in subsection of section 19. (1) by the insertion after the word "Science" of the following-

An Ordinance further to amend the Protection of Women and Juveniles
Ordinance 1951.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Protection of Women and Short title. Juveniles (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.

Section 2 of the Protection of Women and Juveniles Ordinance Amendment 1951 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by of section 2. the deletion of the definition "place of refuge" and the substitution of 1951). therefor of the following-
*"place of refuge" means any place declared by the Governor
under section 2A to be a place of refuge.".
3. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition, after Addition of section 2, of the following new section—–
"Power of Govemer
to declare places of refuge.
24. The Governor may by order declare any place to be a place of refuge for the purposes of this Ordinance.".
