An Ordinance further to amend the Summary Offences Ordinance.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and
consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Summary Offences short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.
2. Section 3 of the Summary Offences Ordinance (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of section 3. paragraphs (4). (6) and (32).
(Cap. 228).
3. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition, after Addition of section 3. of the following new section-

(1) sets out or leaves, or causes to be set out or left. any matter or thing which obstructs, incommodes or endangers, or may obstruct, incommode or endanger, any person or vehicle in any public place;
