(2) encroaches on any public place or Crown land by erecting any building, either on or projecting over the same, or constructs any spout which pro- jects water thereon:

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Radiation (Amendment) short Gille
sad commen- Ordinance 1965, and shall come into operation on the day appointed cement. for the commencement of the Radiation (Amendment) Ordinance 1951. (6 of 1961).

Section 7 of the Radiation Ordinance 1957 (hereinafter referred Amendment to as the principal Ordinance) is amended—
of section 7. (35 of 1957).
(a) in subsection (1)—
(i) by the deletion of the semicolon and word "; or" at the end of paragraph (c) and the substitution of a comma; and
(ii) by the deletion of paragraphs (d) and (e); and
