PHARMACY AND POISONS ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 138).

POISONS (AMENDMENT) (NO, 2) REGULATIONS, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Citation. (No. 2) Regulations, 1964.

2. The First List to the Poisons Regulations is amended by the Amendment deletion, in the item specifying phosphorus compounds, of the words of First List. and figures "save those which have been added to Part II of the Poisons (VoL X. List by the Poisons List (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations, 1960" and

p. 68). the substitution therefor of the following-

"save those which are included in Part II of the Poisons List".

3. The Second List to the Poisons Regulations is amended by the Amendment insertion, in the first column of the item in Group II of that List specify. of Second ing phosphorus compounds after the words and figures "0, 0-dimethy! 0-2, 4, 5-trichlorophenyl thiophosphate", of the following---

"0, 0-dimethyl 0-2. 5-dichloro-4-bromophenyl thiophosphate". Made by the Pharmacy Board on the 11th day of September, 1964.
