POISONS LIST (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) REGULATIONS, 1964.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance, the Pharmacy Board with the approval of the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Poisons List (Amend. Citation. ment) (No, 2) Regulations, 1964.
1. Part I of the Poisons List is amended by the deletion, in the Amendment item specifying phosphorus compounds, of the following words and of Part 1. figures-
(Vol. X. p. 100. "together with homologous and related compounds, except the Following-
Dimethyl 3-chloro-4-nitrophenyl thiophosphate;
Dimethyl 5(1, 2-dicarboethoxyethyl) dithiophosphate.
commonly known as Malathion:
Dimethyl 1-hydroxy-2-trichloroethyl phosphonate.",
and the substitution therefor of the following-

"together with homologous and related compounds except those included in Part II of the Poisons List."".
Part II of the Poisons List is amended by the addition at the Amendment
of Part II.
end thereof of the following-
"0, 0-dimethyl 0-2, 5-dichloro-4-bromophenyl thiophosphate:
0, 0-dimethyl-5-(2-methoxyethyl-carbamoylmethyl) dithiophos-
phate.".
