Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 16th day of September, 1964.
RESOLVED, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of
the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1963 as follows-
THAT the duly payable on 5.876.5 gallons of rum amounting to $381,972.50 issued to Gurkha troops in Hong Kong during the period 16th October, 1963 to 31st March, 1964 is remitted,
