DUTIABLE COMMODITIES ORDINANCE, 1963.

(No. 26 of 1963).

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 16th day of September, 1964.

RESOLVED. in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of

the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, 1963, as follows-

THAT the duty payable on rum issued to Gurkha troops in Hong Kong during the period 1st April, 1964 to the date of this Resolution is remitted and thereafter is waived until this Resolution is varied or revoked.
