Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under subsection (2) of section 17 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance on the 26th day of March, 1964.
Resolved, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 17 of the Bank- ruptcy Ordinance, that the Mectings of Creditors (Amendment) Rules, 1964, made by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March. 1964, be approved.
