MEETINGS OF CREDITORS (AMENDMENT) RULES, 1964.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 17 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, the Acting Chief Justice has made the following rules-

1. These rules may be cited as the Meetings of Creditors Cleation (Amendment) Rules, 1964, and shall come into operation on the 1st and com- day of April, 1964.
