An Ordinance to amend the Demolished Buildings (Re-development of

Sites) Ordinance, 1963.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited es the Demolished Buildings Short tide. (Re-development of Sites) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

2. Section 7 of the Demolished Buildings (Re-development of Amendment Sites) Ordinance, 1963, is amended, in subsection (3), by the deletion of section T. of the brackets and words "(constituted as provided in subsection (5A)

of section 31 of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance)" and the sub- stitution therefor of the following—

"under the provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Ordinance”.
