Amendment
of Schedule.
4. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition, after section 9, of the following new section-
"Recovery
of bailiffs expenses.
5.
9A. The expenses incurred by a bailiff in the execu tion of any such warrant as aforesaid may be recovered from the complainant.".
Form 3 in the Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the heading thereto of the words "police officers of the said Colony" and the substitution therefor of the following---
"bailiffs of the Supreme Court and the District Court",

An Ordinance to authorize a supplementary appropriation to defray the charges of the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1962. [14th September, 1962.J
WHEREAS it has become necessary to make further provision for the public service of the Colony for the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1962, in addition to the charge upon the revenue and other funds of the Colony authorized by the Appropriation (1961-62) Ordinance, 1961:
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong. with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
