Resumption of debate co the motion for adopting of the Report
of the Belect Committea.
Resolution regarding the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure
for 1962-63.
The Financial Secretary to move the following resolution 1-
Resolved that the Estimates of Revenue and Expenditure for 1962-63 as amended by the Report of the Select Committaa be approved.
(3) Dutiable Commodities Ordinance. Chapter 102.
The Financial Booretary to move the following resolation :-
Resolved pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities
Ordina one, Chapter 109, that the duty og CHINESE PREPARED TOBACCO as set forth in Notification No. A.23 in the Gazette of 11 th May, 1960, be revoked with effect from widnight on the 31st March, 1962, and that thereafter duty shall ba payable on Chinese Prepared Tobagço at the rate of $2.50 per 1b.
(4) Appropriation (1962-63) BILL 1963.
The Financial Sucretary to move the First, Second and Third
readings of -
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding
ous thousand two hundred and twenty-six million, four bundred and thirty-six thousand, one hundred and ten dollars to the Public Service of the financial year ending the 31st day of March, 1963."
(5) Government Lotteries Bill, 1962.
The Financial Svoretary to move the Second and Third readings
of :*
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to authorize and control the
promotion and conduct of Government lotteries and matters ancillary thereto."
