RAILWAYS (AMENDMENT) Rules, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 29
of the Railways Ordinance, the administrator has made the following

1. These rules may be cited as the Railways (Amendment) Rules, Ciation. 1961.
2. Rule 30 of the Railways Rules (hereinafter referred to as the Revocation principal rules) is revoked and replaced by the following- "Cheques.

3. Rule 31 of the principal rules is amended by the deletion of Amendment
the second sentence and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Zone time is eight bours in advance of Greenwich time during the period of winter and aine bours in advance of Greenwich time during the period of summer. The period of summer shall be the period defined by section 2 CD of 1993). of the Summer Time Ordinance and as notified each year

4. The Tai Po Railway Pier Rules are revoked.
