QUARANTINE AND PREVENTION OF DISEASE (Scale of ChargES)

(AMENDMENT) Regulations, 1961.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Quarantine

and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Quarantine and Preven- Citation, tion of Disease (Scale of Charges) (Amendment) Regulations, 1961.

and replace

1. The Quarantine and Prevention of Disease (Scale of Charges) Revocation Regulations. 1951, are amended by the revocation of the Schedule and the replacement thereof by the following new Schedule-
