RESETTLEMENT (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1961.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51 of the Resettle- ment Ordinance, 1958, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These régulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amend- Citation. ment) Regulations, 1961.
2. The Second Schedule to the Resettlement Regulations, 1958, Amendment is amended in the part headed "Resettlement Estates" by the addition,
of Second Schedule, after the item “Large shop (ground floor)”, in the first, second and third (G.N.A. columes respectively of the following--
49/58).

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general purport).
The purpose of these regulations is to prescribe rents in respect of three new types of accommodation provided in certain Resettlement Estates.
