BETTING DUTY ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 108),

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 22nd day of March, 1961.

Resolved that the scale of duty to be charged on every bet made on any totalizator or puri-mutuel authorized under the Betting Duty Ordinance, Chapter 108, shall be seven and one-half per cent.
