MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS (REGISTRATION AND DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE)
(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1960.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Medical Registration Ordinance, 1957, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations----

1. These regulations may be cited as the Medical Practitioners Citation and (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations, 1960 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette.
2. Paragraph (1) of regulation 9 of the Medical Practitioners Amendment (Registration and Disciplinary Procedure) Regulations, 1957 (bereinafter of regula referred to as the principal regulations) is amended-
tion 9.
(O.N.A. 49/57).
(a) by the deletion from sub-paragraph (a) of the words "the member of the Council appointed under paragraph (4)" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"one member of the Council appointed under para- graph (c)"; and
(b) by the deletion from sub-paragraph (8) of the words "para- graph (f)" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"paragraph (e)”.
3. Paragraph (2) of regulation 11 of the principal regulations is Amendment deleted and replaced by the following-
*(2) Where the information is in the nature of a complaint in regard to the conduct of a registered medical practitioner such complaint shall be formulated in writing, shall be addressed to the Registrar, shall set out the grounds for the complaint and shall be accompanied by one or more statutory declarations as to the facts of the case.".
