In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Road Traffic Ordinance, 1957, the Goveror in Council has made the following regulations-

Each light to be fitted with a lens, the colour of which is achieved by means of red, amber or green glass and not by the external äpplication of any paint, dye or other substance.

The inner surface of each lens to have a non-smooth surface produced by stippling or by the impression of a diffusing pattern.

Each light to be visible at all times from a distance of not less than 60 yards.".
