NEW KOWLOON CEMETERY No. 1 (Graves Removal) Order. 1960.
WHEREAS a notice was published in the Gazette dated 17th Juns, Preamble. 1960, notifying, in accordance with the provisions of subsection (9) of section 75 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935, the intsation of the Governor in Council to make an order for the removal of all human remains from graves situated in terraces numbered 6 to 9 inclusive of Section 30 of the New Kowloon Cemetery No. 1;
AND WHEREAS such notice expired on the 17th day of July, 1950:
NOW THEREFORE in exercise of the powers conferred by subsec- tion (9) of section 75 of the Public Health (Sanitation) Ordinance, 1935. the Governor in Council has made the following Order-
1. This Order may be cited as the New Kowloon Cemetery No. 1 Citation, (Graves Removal) Order, 1960.
2. The Director of Urban Services shall cause all human remains Removal and in any grave situated in terraces numbered 6 to 9 inclusive of Section 30 disposal of of the New Kowloon Cemetery No. 1 to be removed in such manner remains. as he shall think fl
