Dangerous GOODS (AMENDMent) RegulatIONS, 1960.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Dangerous Goods Ordinance, 1956, the Governor in Council has made the follow- ing regulations
1. These regulations may be cited as the Dangerous Goods Citation. (Auradment) Regulations, 1960.
2. Regulation 3 of the Dangerous Goods Regulations, 1940, Amendment
of regula (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended in tica 3. Category 2-
(G.N. 236/40).
(4) by the deletion of the beading "Compressed Gases.” and the
substitution therefor of the following-
"Compressed Gases and Blowing Agents.":
(6) by the deletion of the sub-heading "Class I-Permanent."
and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Class 1-Permanent Gases.”:
(c) by the deletion of the sub-heading "Class 2-Liquified."
and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Class 2-Liquified Cases.";
(2) by the deletion of the sub-heading "Class 3-Dissolved."
and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Class 3-Dissolved Gases."; and
(e) by the addition after Class 3 of the following new Class-
"Class 4-Blowing Agents.
