Section 24 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced of section 24. by the following new section-
"24. The Governor in Council may make such rules as from time to time appear to him to be necessary for the proper carrying into effect of the purposes of this Ordinance.".

An Ordinance to amend the Pok Oi Hospital Incorporation Ordinance,
1954.

Bs it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pok Oi Hospital Incorpora- Short title. tion (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.
2. Section 2 of the Pok Di Hospital Incorporation Ordinance, Amendment 1954, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended-
(a) by the deletion of the definition "constitution" and the sub-
stitution therefor of the following-

"constitution" means the constitution of the hospital approved from time to time by the board of directors and filed with the Registrar of Companies:"; and
(b) by the deletion of the place name “Un Long" from the defini- tion "hospital" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Yuen Long".
