An Ordinance to amend the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance, Chapter 226.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows--

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Juvenile Offenders Sbort title, (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Section 2 of the Juvenile Offenders Ordinance (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the deletion of of section 2 the definition "probation officer”.

(Cap. 216).

3. Section 18 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the dele. Amendment tion of paragraph (c) and the substitution therefor of the following of section 18.

"(c) by dealing with the offender under the provisions of

(37 of 1956).
