(2) Magistrates (Amendment) Bill, 1960.
The Attorney General to move the First reading of 1-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Magistrates
Ordinance, Chapter 227."
(3) Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill, 1960
The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to amend the Criminal
Frocedure Ordinance, Chapter 221."
(4) Foreign Judments (Reciprocal Enforcement) Bill, 1960,
The Attorney General to move the First reading of :-
A Bill intituled: "An Ordinance to make provision for the enforcement in the Colony of Hong Kong of Judg- ments given in other parts" of Her Majesty's dominions, certain other territories and foreign countries which afford reciprocal treatment to judgments given in the Colony of Hong Kong, for facilitating the enforcement in such dominions, territories or countries of judg- ments given in the Colony of Hong Kong and for matters connected therewith."
(5) Medical Registration (Amendment) Bill, 1960.
Dr. D.J.M. Mackenzie to move the first reading of:-
A Bill intituled: "Aa Ordinance further to amend the
Medical Registration Ordinance, 1957.”
