DUTIABLE COMMODITIES ORDINANCE.
(Chapter 109),
Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance, Chapter 109, on the 18th day of March, 1959.
Resolved, pursuant to section 4 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance. Chapter 109, that the duty on Proprietary Medicines and Toilet Preparations set forth in the Resolution of the Legislative Council published as Government Notification No. 916/47 in the Gazerre of the 5th December, 1947, be abolished with effect from 2 o'clock F.M, on Wednesday, the 25th February, 1959.
