EMERGENCY (Requisition) (USE OF LAND BY HIS MAJESTY'S MILITARY FORCEs) (Cancellation) Order, 1959.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation 6 of the Emergency (Requisition) Regulations, 1949, the Governor bas made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency (Requisition) (Use Citation. of Land by His Majesty's Military Forces) (Cancellation) Order, 1959.

1 The Emergency (Requisition) (Use of Land by His Majesty's Revocation. Military Forces) Order, 1950, is cancelled.
