An Ordinance further to amend the Commissioners Powers Ordinance,
Chapter 86.

BB it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Commissioners Powers Short Title.
(Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 1959,
2. Section 2 of the Commissioners Powers Ordinance
amended-
is Amendment
(a) by the re-numbering of paragraph (c) as paragraph (d); (b) by the addition after paragraph (6) of the following new
paragraph-
"(c) to appoint a legal adviser to such Commissioners, at such salary or remuneration as he may think fit. and".
