An Ordinance to amend the law relating to the acquisition and holding of land by charities and to make provision for purposes connected therewith.

By it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Charities (Land Short title Acquisition) Ordinance, 1958, and shall come into operation on and com- a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gazette.
