PUBLIC HEALTH (ANIMALS AND BIRDS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1956.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Public Health Citation. (Animals and Birds) (Amendment) Regulations, 1956.
2. By-law z of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) Rescissioo By-laws (hereinafter referred to as the by-laws) is rescinded and and replaced by the following regulation-

21. All carcases, dung, litter, broken fodder and (Vol. X. things of any kind whatever which, in the opinion of P. 105). the Senior Veterinary Officer or any public officer authorized in writing by him for the purposes of this regulation, may spread disease among animals or birds, shall be disposed of as the Senior Veterinary Officer or such officer may direct.".
3. (1) The by-laws are amended by the deletion of the Amendmant words "by-law" and "by-laws" in whatever form and wherever of by-laws. occurring and the substitution therefor in each case of the words "regulation" and "regulations" respectively.
(2) The amendments specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be made in the provisions of the by-laws specified in the first column of the Schedule
