""officer of the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry" includes any person working under the direction of the Director for the purpose of this Ordinance;”.
Sections of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from subsection (1) of the words "Sanitary Department, or in respect of the New Territories any police officer or any officer duly authorized by the District Commissioner," and the substitution therefor of the following-
"Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forest
