of section 6.
3.
Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by- (a) the deletion of the definition of "dairy" and of the
definition of "dairyman"; and
(b) the insertion therein after the definition of "officer of the Sanitary Department" of the following definition- *pasteurization plant" means any premises in or on which any machinery, apparatus or device for pasteurizing milk or cream is used for purposes of trade;".
4. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from paragraph (e) of the word "dairies", and the sub stitution therefor of the following-
"pasteurization plants".

An Ordinance to establish a college within the University of Hong Kong styled the College of St. John the Evangelist, and to provide for the incorporation of the members thereof.
[27th April, 1956.|
WHEREAS it is desirable to establish a college within the University of Hong Kong, styled the Collage of St. John the Evangelist for the pursuit of virtue and sound learning with faith in God and within the order of the Anglican Communion; and to this end to provide accommodation for teachers and students of all races where they may live, study and worship together; and to promote extramural activities in Christian learning and service, that the members of the College may the better understand and fulfill their duty to God and their neighbours:
AND WHEREAS it is desirable to incorporate the members of the said College :
