In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pensions Ordinance, the Governor in Council with the sanction of the Secretary of State has made the following regulations—

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Citation. ment) (No. 3) Regulations, 1955.

The Order makes miscellaneous minor amendments to the Companies (Fees and Percentages) Order, and increases certain fees prescribed therein. The increased fees approximate to those charged in the United Kingdom.
