6. The First Schedule ta the principal Order is amended- (a) by the deletion of the fee "$65,00" wherever it appears

in Item and the substitution therefor of the following-

(b) by the deletion of the fee "$25.00" in Item 2 and the

substitution therefor of the following-

"$40.00".

7. The Second Schedule to the principal Order is amended- (a) by the deletion of the fee "$40.00" in Item 1 and the

substitution therefor of the following-

(b) by the deletion of the word "debt" in Item 2 and the

substitution therefor of the following-

"of debt above".

Table A of the Third Schedule to the principal Order is

(a) by the deletion of the figures "16" in paragraph (a) of

Item 5 and the substitution therefor of the following-

Table B of the Third Schedule to the principal Order

is amended-

(a) by the addition of the following proviso at the end of

paragraph -

"Provided that if the Court shall, on the applica- tion of the Official Receiver, be satisfied that the fee chargeable on the foregoing basis would be

insufficient considering the size of the accounts and the nature of the case, such fee as the Court may consider reasonable shall be charged in lieu thereof."';

(b) by the deletion of the sums *$10.00" and "5.00" in sub-paragraph (b) (1) of paragraph II and the substitu- tion therefor respectively of the following-

"$15.00" and "$7.50";

(c) by the insertion between the words "statement of affairs” and the comma in sub-paragraph (b) (a) of paragraph II of the following-

"for where the Court has dispensed with the submission of a statement of affairs, on the value of the Company's property as estimated by the Official Receiver";

(d) by the deletion of the sum $20.00" in sub-paragraph (1) of paragraph IV and the substitution therefor of the following-

(e) by the deletion of sub-paragraph (2) of paragraph IV and

the substitution therefor of the following-

"(2) Upon the total assets, including the pro- duce of calls on contributories, realized or brought to credit by the Official Receiver, after deducting sums on which fees are chargeable under number V of this Table, and the amount spent out of the money received in carrying on the business of the com- pany...
