Amendment
of Form 1.
Amendment of Form 2.
11. The principal regulations are amended by the addition after regulation 21 of the following new regulation-
"21A. (1) Any person who contravenes regulation 16 or 18 shall be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for six months.
(2) The master or captain of any ship or aircraft and the owner or agent of the owner of such ship or aircraft contra- vening regulation 19, 20 or 21 shall be liable to a fine of three thousand dollars and to imprisonment for twelve monthis."".
12. Form 1 in the principal regulations is amended—
(2) by the deletion from the fourth line of condition 2 of the number "1899", and the substitution therefor of the following-

(b) by the substitution of a comma for the full stop at the end of paragraph (2) of condition 4. and the insertion there- after of the following-
"except to or from a coast station duly licensed for that purpose."';
(c) by the deletion of condition r2; and
(d) by the renumbering of conditions 13 to 22 as conditions
12 to 21 respectively.
13. Form 2 in the principal regulations is amended— (a) by the deletion from the tenth line of the words "a fee of''; (b) by the deletion of the words "Radio Licensing and Inspection Branch" wherever occurring, and the substitu- tion therefor in each case of the following-
"Wireless Licensing Office"; and
(c) by the insertion therein before the conditions of the
following-
"Fees. Power not exceeding to watts
Power 11-25 warts
Power exceeding 25 watts

14. Form 3 in the principal regulations is amended-
(a) by the insertion in the third line beneath the words
"address of station" of the following-
"(In the case of a wireless receiving set installed in a motor vehicle, the registration number of such vehicle shall be regarded as the address of the station for the purposes of his licence),"'; (b) by the deletion from the sixth line of condition of the words and commia "or visual broadcasting station, $ and
(e) by the addition after Note 3 at the end thereof of the
following-
4. A licence is required for a portable wireless receiving set and for a wireless receiving ser which is rented or hired.
5. A separate licence is required for the following
(i) a wireless receiving set installed in a motar
vehicle; and
(ii) wireless receiving sets or extension loud- speakers used by lodgers or paying guests, or occupiers of flats (self-contained otherwise)."

15. Form 4 in the principal regulations is amended by the Amendment deletion of condition $, and the substitution therefor of the of Form 4. following-
"B. Messages shall not be distributed direct from the receiving apparatus except to a duly licensed teletype apparatus."
16. Form 4A In the principal regulations is amended- (a) by the deletion of condition 6; and
(b) by the re-numbering of condition as condition 6.

17. Form 5 in the principal regulations is amended by the Amendment addition after condition 3 of the following new condition-
4. The licensee shall not import or sell, hire or otherwise dispose of radio transmitting apparatus or parts thereof unless this licence has been specifically endorsed for this purpose."
