An Ordinance to amend the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance,
Chapter 114.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Miscellaneous Short title. Licences (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

Section 2 of the Miscellaneous Licences Ordinance (here- Amendment
of section inafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by- 2.
(Cap. 114). (a) the insertion in the definition of the words "massage establishment" after the word "thereto" of the follow- ing-
"or except a physiotherapy clinic"; and
SMA
