Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Verandahs and Short title. Balconies (laclosure for Office Accommodation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1955.

2. Section 4 of the Verandahs and Balconies (Inclosure for Amend- Office Accommodation) Ordinance is amended by the deletion ment of

section 4. of the figures "1955" and the substitution therefor of the (Cap. 268). following-

**1956".
