(2) The Colonial Secretary may set aside any areas of Crown land in the New Territories for resettlement. Notification of the setting aside of such resettlement areas shall be given in the Guscite.

(3) The Buildings Ordinance shail not apply to resettlement

areas.

The Commissioner may set aside any portion of a re- settlement arca for use as-

(«) fire lane;

(b) domestic structure;

(c) clinic;

(d) shop;

(e) open space;

(f) school;

(g) community centre;

() workshop or factory: or

(1) for any other purpose which he may consider nccessary.

5. No person shall occupy any premises in a resettlement area except under and in accordance with an occupation permit for occupa issued under these regulations.
