4. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion from the sixth line of the words "of five dollars" and the substitution therefor of the following-

(a) midwife trained within the Colony
(6) midwife, trained elsewhere

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Short title, Poisons (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.
