An Ordinance to make provision for the re-vesting of trade marks of former alien enemics in their proprietors or successors in title.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Alien Enemies (Re- Short titla. vesting of Trade Marks) Ordinance, 1954.
2. In this Ordinance-
Interpre- tation.
"new register" and "old register" have the meanings respectively assigned to them by section 2 of the Trade Marks Register (Reconstruction) Ordinance;
"Registrar" means the Registrar of Trade Marks.
