An Ordinance further to amend the Land Transactions (Enemy

Occupation) Ordinance, Chapter 256.

[and July, 1954.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Land Transactions Short title. (Enemy Occupation) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.

2. Section 3 of the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section 3. amended by the deletion from the fifth line of subsection (a)

(Cap. 256). of the words "six years" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"seven years*.

3. Section 4 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the Amendment deletion from the first and fourth lines of the words "six years" of section 4. and the substitution therefor of the following-

"seven years".
