2. Paragraph (a) of subsection (a) of section 19 of the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the words "Part I of the Poisons List" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"the First List in the Poisons Regulations".

An Ordinance to make provision for the establishment of a trust fund to be known as the J. E. Joseph Trust Fund, and for the due administration thereof, and for purposes connected with the matters aforesaid.

WHEREAS Certain moneys (hereinafter referred to as the trust moneys) were bequeathed by the late J. E. Joseph to trustees to hold the same, in the events which occurred, upon trust to apply such moneys to such charitable objects and institutions in the Colony as are intended to make special provision for the benefit of the Chinese there resident :
AND WHEREAS in an action in the Supreme Court of Hong Kong entitled Miscellaneous Proceedings No. 5 of 1952 such trust was held to be a valid charitable trust:
