Section & of the principal Ordinance is amended by the of section & deletion from the fourth line of the words "the Governor in
Council" and the substitution therefor of the following—

"a judge of the Supreme Court in the manner provided by the Rules of the Supreme Court",
Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the of section 8. deletion from the sixth line of the words "of five dollars" and
the substitution therefor of the following-
1 namely—
(a) midwife trained within the Colony
(b) midwife. trained elsewhere

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows--
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Short title, Poisons (Amendment) Ordinance, 1954.
