WHEREAS it has become necessary to make further provision
for the public service of the Colony for the financial year ended
The 31st day of March, 1953, in addition to the charge upon
the revenue of the Colony authorized by the Appropriation for (9 of 1952). 1952-1953 Ordinance, 1952:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
