An Ordinance to amend the Compulsory Service Ordinance,

1951.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as

follows

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Compulsory Service Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953-

2. Part III of the Compulsory Service Ordinance, 1951, Amendment is amended-

(a) by the deletion of the heading "Compulsory Transfers."

and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Compulsory Medical Examinations and Transfers.";

of Fart III.
