3. The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the amounts specified in the column "Fee for signature" opposite "The Governor", "The Colonial Secretary" and "The Financial Secretary" and the substitution therefor in the said column of amounts as follows-
(a) opposite "The Governor"—"$20";
(b) opposite "The Colonial Secretary"—"$10";
(c) opposite "The Financial Secretary"—"$10"',

An Ordinance further to amend the Registrar General (Establish.
ment) Ordinance, Chapter 100.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Registrar General Short title, (Establishment) (Amendment) Ordinance, 1953.
2. Section 3 of the Registrar General (Establishment) Amendment Ordinance (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) of section is amended-
(Cap. 100).
(a) by the insertion in the marginal note after the word
"deputies" of the following-
", legal assistants";
(b) by the deletion of sub-paragraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of subsection (1), and the substitution therefor of the follow- ing new sub-paragraphs-
**(ii) legal assistants under the style of Legal
Assistant to the Registrar General; and
3.
