An Ordinance to amend the Supreme Court Ordinance, Chapter 4.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Supreme Court Short title, (Amendment) Ordinance, 1933.
2. Section 8 of the Supreme Court Ordinance (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended---
(a) by the substitution in the sixth line of subsection (1) of a full stop for the comma after the word "estates" and the deletion of the words thereafter to the end of the subsection
(b) by the repeal of subsection (2) and the substitution
therefor of the following two subsections—
of section 3.
